After receiving your application for online savings account we process it and send you an account opening confirmation letter. Within this letter you will also receive your user id for online banking. Following the account opening confirmation you will receive your password for logging in to the Online Banking System in a separate letter. Within few days after this, you will also receive a separate letter containing your Transaction PIN which you will need for your transactions. Once you receive all your letters for your online banking you can begin using it.
Due to security and safety reasons you will need to change your password right away as you try to login for the first time. This way you can create your own password.

Automatic log off
If you don’t use online banking system for 5 minutes the system will terminate your current session automatically.
